Subsidies for young and emerging research projects
The Barcelona City Council, through the Department of Science and Universities, promotes a subsidy scheme aimed at consolidating the city's emerging scientific and research community, creating opportunities, and facilitating scientific careers in Barcelona.
These subsidies aim to generate ideas, innovative responses, and scientific evidence that can have an impact on the city and address various challenges in the fields of health and well-being, climate action, and the city and society.
