Escolab Meets CRAG
We visit the Centre for Research in Agricultural Genomics (CRAG), dedicated to research on plants and farm animals. We are accompanied by Joan Manel López, a researcher who studies the role of sterols in plants. Joan Manel explains the studies he carries out depending on the alteration of some genes and even tells us how a perfect tomato plant could be obtained, with tomatoes with a good colour and general appearance, pleasant texture, good smell and tasty.
