Resilience to the climate emergency
23/10/2024
Workshop aimed at those interested in knowing what climate change is and what impacts it has, which means that we are facing a climate emergency, and who want to know how to adapt to this situation and what to do to be more resilient.
Cities are responsible for 70% of the CO2 emissions generated in the world and are especially vulnerable to the effects of climate change due to the high density of population and services they concentrate. Thus, cities are part of the problem, but also an essential agent of the solution, in the fight against climate change. The workshop will aim to train and empower people to be active in changing the energy model, and learn how to adapt and be more resilient to the effects of climate change.
