The Technical Secretariat of the More Sustainable Commerce programme is based at La Fàbrica del Sol, an environmental education facility promoted by the Office of Climate Change and Sustainability within the organizational framework of the Urban Services and Public Space Maintenance Management of the Barcelona City Council, located in Barceloneta Park.
