Technical Secretariat
The Fàbrica del Sol is an environmental education facility promoted by the Office of Climate Change and Sustainability within the organizational framework of the Management of Urban Services and Public Space Maintenance of the Barcelona City Council, located in the Barceloneta Park.
It consists of a specialised technical team for each of its programmes. These secretariats are:

- The More Sustainable Organisations and Companies Technical Secretariat
- The More Sustainable Commerce Technical Secretariat
