We free Barcelona from disposable plastics

The Barcelona Plastic Zero Commitment presented novelties and work done last year under the Barcelona Zero Plastic Commitment.
The day was open to the entire B+S Network and other organizations in the city with an interest in taking a step forward and contributing to the reduction of single-use plastic.
Ethel Eljarrat spoke about plastics and their effects on health and the experiences of Bon Preu, Pots and Abba Hotels are fighting against single-use plastic.
The present state of the Commitments and the reduction of public prices were also explained in recognition of the actions carried out.
It has been presented the results of two studies carried out in 2023, "Foment de l’aigua de l’aixeta" and " Reducció de plàstic a la cadena de valor del peix".
Finally, the lines of work for this 2024 were explained.
