Activities for commerces, professionals and associates

Visits, workshops, and training sessions are offered to commerces, professionals, and members to deepen understanding and address the main challenges of the climate emergency, as well as facilitate the implementation of sustainable actions.

All training sessions are provided at no cost and have been specifically tailored for businesses, professionals, and members of the Barcelona + Sustainable Network.

Colleges, associations, and guilds are encouraged to offer these activities to their members, and they will be considered valid sustainable actions in the annual report. Participating in any activity will be considered a sustainability action.

There are three types of activities available: visits, workshops, and training sessions, with schedules tailored to the audience.

Virtual sessions of one and a half hours that aim to publicize and deepen in various sustainability issues. This 2024 the following trainings will be offered:

Good environmental practices
- Best environmental practices (October 10th from 2:30 p.m. to 4.00 p.m.)
- Prevention and correct management of waste (October 17th from 2:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.)
Saving and energy efficiency
- Improve the energy efficiency of your business (October 24th from 2:30 p.m. to 4.00 p.m.)
Theoretical-practical sessions of one hour in virtual format in which relevant and interesting topics will be discussed. This 2024 the following workshops will be offered:

Saving and energy efficiency:
- Resilience to the climate emergency (October 23 from 2.30 pm to 3.30 pm)
- Self-consumption and energy communities: are they the same? What can I do? ( December 3rd from 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.)
Guided tours of one hour in different places of interest in the city. This 2024 the following visits will be offered:

Green and biodiversity
- Neighbourhood life. Route through the green corridor of Zona Nord (September 30th from 2.30 p.m to 3.30 p.m)
Design and sustainable construction
- The sustainable design of the Clariana de Glòries (October 8th from 17 p.m to 18 p.m.)
- La Fàbrica del Sol, pam a pam (November 8th from 2 p.m to 3 p.m and from 5 p.m to 6 p.m)
- TO: Sustainable home (November 27th from 17 p.m to 18 p.m.)
