BioBlitz Barris
BioBlitz Barris aims to use the BioBlitz method, in which experts and citizens work hand in hand to identify as many species as possible in a given area.
The aim is to raise awareness and value the biodiversity of the neighbourhood and provide tools to take the pulse of the health of their city. BioBlitz Barris has been carried out in Sarrià-Sant Gervasi, Turó del Putget Park and Turó de l'Oreneta Park. The data collected is integrated into the Natusfera platform, where, once validated, it is uploaded to the GBIF global biodiversity platform.
