Marc Torrell, researcher at the Institute for Energy Research of Catalonia (IREC), explains the results obtained with the research project and how they can be applied in municipal public policies. It is a project of IREC, the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC) and the AESA Energy Consultancy, funded by the Research and Innovation 2019 call promoted by the Barcelona City Council and the "La Caixa" Foundation.
