GCM BARCELONA
Collaborative Medication Management: collective mental health, rights and citizenship in Barcelona.
Collaborative Medication Management (CMM) is a strategy to address discomfort from a community perspective, encouraging processes of empowerment and improvement of people's social capital and the recognition of their citizenship status. The aim of GCM Barcelona is to analyse, through a pilot test, the effect of the GCM Guide intervention on personal autonomy, sociability and satisfaction with mental health treatments and services in Barcelona.
