Plant*tes
Urban flora and allergies, will you help? This is a project in which people report the presence of allergenic plants and their phenological status (presence of open or closed flower buds, fruit).
The project relies on the PLANT*TES app for mobile devices to capture information on risk levels for allergies from ambient pollen. It also helps to improve the quality of life of people suffering from allergies, who can avoid higher risk areas, while allowing for a better understanding of the relationship between the environment and allergic diseases.
