Financial support: More Sustainable Schools awards
Every year there is a set of awards for schools that submit a sustainability project under the More Sustainable Schools programme. Their aim is to provide schools at all stages and levels of education with resources for a one- or three-year action plan.
This procedure must be carried out by all schools in the network wishing to receive financial support:
- The following awards will be granted to one-year projects for academic year 2024-2025:
- Five awards of €1,000 each*
- Twenty awards of €600 each*
- One hundred secondary awards of €400 each
- Honourable mentions of €200 each
- The following awards will be granted to three-year projects** in academic years 2024-2027:
- Five awards of €2,400 each
- Forty-five awards of €1,800 each
* Schools that were awarded €600 or €1,000 in financial support in academic years 2021-22, 2022-23 or 2023-24 are only eligible for a secondary award or an honourable mention
** Available only to schools that have attended the training course on “How to carry out a three-year project”.
Attention!
If you are a new centre in the Sustainable Schools + network or there has been a change of bank details, once the definitive resolution of the awards has been published, you need to do the procedure of designation of the bank account so that the treasury can make the payment.
Remember that this year we are launching the new Commitment to a More Sustainable Barcelona, and you need to renew it or join (for new centers) through the linked forms. Signing the Commitment to a More Sustainable Barcelona is essential to be part of the network and to be able to apply for the award.
Calls for applications and rules
La documentació necessària està formada per dos documents i ambdós hauran de ser signats pel director/a del centre educatiu:
1. Document de sol·licitud dels Premis Escoles + Sostenibles 2025
Document bàsic 1: Document de sol·licitud (.PDF). Signat pel director/a.
IMPORTANT! L'apartat "Títol del projecte" del document bàsic 1 haurà de ser el mateix que el que heu posat en el punt 3.1 del projecte redactat a l'editor.
2. Projecte Escoles + Sostenibles
Presentació del projecte en PDF redactat mitjançant l'editor de projectes. Signat pel director/a.
RECOMANACIONS:
Escollir correctament el tipus de projecte Escoles + Sostenibles, anual o triennal.
Tancar la memòria del curs 2024-2025 abans de fer la sol·licitud del suport econòmic. Una vegada tancada, l'editor de projectes deixarà fer el projecte del curs següent.
Recomanació: abans de desar l'apartat 3.1 de l'editor, copieu el text en un arxiu extern en el vostre ordinador. Un cop comprovat que s'hagi desat correctament, també en podeu generar un esborrany (aquesta opció la trobareu a l'apartat "Eines".)
Els dos documents emplenats els heu de presentar pel Portal de Tràmits de l’Ajuntament de Barcelona. Per accedir al tràmit cal que disposeu de certificat digital.

La sol·licitud es pot presentar del 2 de juny al 14 de juliol de 2025, ambdós inclosos.
Durant el primer trimestre del curs sortirà publicat al BOPB la resolució provisional i després la definitiva.
