Yaíma Orozco and Maygred Bourricaudy are two Cuban singer-songwriters, residents of the Basque Country, who combine to perform havanera sea shanties for the first time at La Mercè 2024. Another unique concert for these festivities in Barcelona, which we can enjoy on the stage in Plaça Sant Jaume.

With their guitar, tres cubano, minor percussion, bass and rhythm box, the artists combine their voices to give new life to the songs of Cuba, Euskadi and Catalonia, always fused with traditional Cuban rhythms of their roots.

Yaíma and Maygred invite the entire audience to explore the wealth of their performances in this new format celebrating and connecting traditions from around the world.
