Les Anxovetes are a Girona group who sing havaneres and tavern music, and who are celebrating ten years together this year.

The habaneras repertoire is classic and traditional and incorporates a fresh and original air with its three female voices (Tona Gafarot, Montse Ferrermoner and Marta Pérez), a guitar (Xevi Pasqual) and a double bass (Salva Gallego).

This year the group have taken part in the Cantada d’Havaneres de Calella de Palafrugell and will also be at La Mercè to offer live performances of their works, such as En Escabetx, En Llauna and (d)ones.
