Choreographer Yeinner Chicas will welcome you to Parc de la Trinitat in the mornings with Bailando se entiende la gente, a community dance activity that gets at the spirit of what a festa major, or main annual festival, should be.

All bodies are welcome at this activity that seeks to foster safe interpersonal connections based on diversity and inclusion.

Chicas’s goal is to encourage conversations, understanding and empathy, resulting in a collective celebration to the beat of the danceable music that shaped different generations (rock and roll, disco, mambo, cha-cha-cha, lambada, merengue, salsa, cumbia, bachata, etc.), without overlooking today’s sounds.
