Festival 1:1 is an annual event organised by the Spaces Curriculum of the Undergraduate Degree in Design at BAU.

The 1:1 Festival aims to question the relevance of designing spaces in a growing context of climate crisis, social inequality and the technological dominance in a globalised world that seeks to re-establish connections with the local context. This event is designed from an academic context in close connection with the city, appealing to multiple profiles and professionals from the world of spatial design who want to understand the challenges of intervening in the built environment today.
