Since 2022, Carla Turró has been the Deputy Editor of Ara and features as an analyst on various radio and television programmes.
She holds degrees in Law (UAB) and Journalism (UPF) and has spent much of her career at Cadena SER, where she led the programme El Balcó for eight years. During her tenure, she covered some of the most pivotal events in recent years, including the attacks on the Rambles and the 1-O [1 October 2017] referendum vote [on Catalan Independence].
