Chap Rodríguez Rosell
Chap Rodríguez Rosell. After earning his undergraduate degree in translation and interpreting from the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB) and working as a translator for 16 years, Rodríguez Rosell studied acting in Buenos Aires with Pompeyo Audivert, Stella Gallazzi and Pablo Coca. Back in Barcelona, he translated Sarah Kane’s Crave into Catalan (Ànsia) and acted in the play as well. He’s been part of La Salamandra company ever since, also acting in L’habitació tancada [The Locked Room] and Isekai. With Paradiso 99 Company, he’s acted in Canción dulce y amarga [Bittersweet Song] and Destination moon, under the direction of Begoña Moral as part of the El Cicló programme.
