Giovanni Nucci
Giovanni Nucci (Rome, 1969) is a poet and the author of stories for adults and young adults. He has studied, explained and rewritten Greek and Roman myths for over twenty years. He has recently turned his attention to Shakespeare’s works. His best-known books include the young-adult bestseller Las aventuras de Ulises (Siruela, 2009), where he brings the Greek classic to today's audiences using accessible, contemporary language. With the same publisher, he has also brought out Las aventuras de Aquiles and the recent Y fundaremos la ciudad más grande del mundo (Siruela).
