Fernando Iwasaki
Fernando Iwasaki (Lima, 1961) is a writer who holds a PhD in American History from Pablo de Olavide University of Seville and a professor in the faculties of Communication and International Relations at Loyola University Andalusia. As a storyteller, he is the author of the novels Neguijón (2005) and Libro de mal amor (2001) and of the short story collections España, aparta de mí estos premios (2009), Helarte de amar (2006), Ajuar funerario (2004), Un milagro informal (2003), Inquisiciones Peruanas (1994), A Troya, Helena (1993) and Tres noches de corbata (1987), the latter compiled in the volume entitled Papel carbón (all published by Página de Espuma). His stories have been translated into English, Russian, French, Italian, Czech, Japanese and Korean.
