Escolab Meets CRAG

We visit the Agrigenomics Research Center (CRAG) dedicated to plant and farm animal research. We do it accompanied by Joan Manel López, a researcher who studies the role of sterols in plants. Joan Manel explains the studies he is doing based on the alteration of some genes and even tells us how a perfect tomato plant could be obtained, with tomatoes with a good color and general appearance, pleasant texture, good smell and tasty
