The race is open to anyone over the age of 18. Runners over the age of 16 can participate with a signed authorisation from their parents or legal guardians, which they must hand in when collecting their race bib.
Participation will be capped at 12.000 runners and registration will close once this figure has been reached.

The route is a one-lap circuit that is properly signposted and marked at every kilometre.
Sustainable water service is officially offered at kilometre 5 and at the finish line. The water will be served in cups.
Cloakroom service is available to store belongings.
The race will officially end 1h 45' after the start time.
Registration costs €5, which is a donation that supports Salut Mental Catalunya>(Mental Health Catalonia) (see the "Mercè Charity” section for more information). Registration will only be valid once payment has been made. In addition, BIMBO, as the main sponsor, will donate 20 slices of bread on each registrant’s behalf, which will go to the Banc dels Aliments de Barcelona (Food Bank of Barcelona).
The use of a chip is compulsory. Participants who do not have a yellow chip (xip groc) must purchase a single-use white chip (xip blanc) at the price of €2 (including VAT) (see conditions and promotions in the registration section).
If a registrant does not participate in the race, the money from the donation and the rental of the white chip will not be returned.
If the race is cancelled for reasons related to health, safety and/or force majeure, the €5 donation will also be given to Salut Mental Catalunya.
Race organisers may modify the route due to external causes and/or force majeure.
The start will be done in waves, classified based on the participants’ demonstrated times in prior 10 km races. Each wave is identified with a colour. Only runners who have the bib or wristband of the distinctive colour of each wave will be able to access them.
Only vehicles expressly authorised by the race organisers can follow the race.
The bib and the chip must be collected on the days and times established by race organisers. When registering, you must state the day and time slot to pick it up. No changes can be made once you choose a shirt size, and as sizes run out, they will become unavailable to select (see the “Registration” section).
If a runner does not collect the bib and bag on the established days, they will forfeit them and must participate without a bib (see the “Bib Collection” section).
It is compulsory to wear the race bib in order to run the race. It must be placed on the front of the shirt so that it is visible. This bib number is personal and non-transferable. Race organisers will disqualify runners who participate with another person's bib number and the time achieved will be nullified.
For safety reasons, we recommend filling in the lines for personal data on the back of the bib. The telephone provided must be for a third party and not the participant.
Runners assume any damages that may be caused to themselves or to third parties. Race organisers decline any liability in this regard.
Participants can do the race in a wheelchair or with a children’s pushchair. Participants cannot propel themselves in ways not accepted in athletics, such as with roller skates, skateboards, bicycles, tricycles, handbikes or electric wheelchairs, among others.
Guides for people with visual impairments must register by sending a separate application to race organisers. They will be registered on the general list with the corresponding number and chip, but will have to wear another bib number provided by race organisers.
Prizes: Trophies will be awarded to the first five men and women finishers in the senior category when they cross the finish line. They will be distributed when all the winners have arrived.
