Thanks to the more than 10.000 runners who participated in the 45th edition, la Cursa de la Mercè Bimbo Global Race is still one of the most emblematic sporting events in the city.

On September 17th, Barcelona was filled with runners who celebrated in the most sporting way possible the city’s main festival, la Festa de la Mercè, with la Cursa de la Mercè Bimbo Global Race.

A year later, the event exceeded all expectations, with over 10.000 participants taking part in one of the three different race modes: 10K, 2K inclusive and the great novelty of this year, la Cursa Mercè Jove.

We thank to these more than 10.000 runners, because with your enthusiasm, commitment and motivation you have made possible that the 45th Cursa de la Mercè Bimbo Global Race have been a great success. Thanks to the participants who have accumulated several editions in their legs and thanks also to those who this year have decided to take part, for the first time, of one of the most emblematic races in the city.

In addition, la Cursa de la Mercè Bimbo Global Race is sport and health. Training for this races allows us to be active and incorporate healthy habits into our daily routine. For this reason, you can continue training because we are already working on the next edition of la Cursa de la Mercè Bimbo Global Race Race.
