Opening concert Veus contra el racisme (Voices against racism)
Veus contra el racisme (Voices against racism) is a concert being held in a public space to celebrate the start of the Global Forum against Racism and Discrimination.
Two groups will be performing at the concert:
- Arrels de Gràcia. A real gem within Catalan rumba and the Barcelona music scene, formed of people with links to Roma traditions.
- “Las Karamba”. Afro-Latin fusion group composed of two women. Urban rhythms, bolero, salsa, rumba and rap.
The concert will include a presenter who will talk about and introduce the UNESCO global forum against racism.
