If you were an entity authorized in the 2024 edition of the summer vacation campaign for children and adolescents "T'estiu molt", remember that you will find all the documentation and forms to renew authorization and propose activities on the website campanyavacancesbcn.cat. You will also find here all the computer applications for managing activities during the campaign.
If you did not participate in the 2024 campaign but did participate in a previous edition, you will need to start the authorization application again.
If you are an entity in the field of leisure, sports or culture and are interested in becoming an organization organizing activities for the 2025 Summer Vacation Campaign, you can apply until February 19, 2025 (inclusive). To do so, you must, before this deadline, access the following form Open in a new window, follow the steps indicated to fill in and download the authorization application and submit it signed through the specific procedure Open in a new windowto the Virtual Procedures Office. However, we recommend that you write to us via email testiumoltentitats@bcn.cat and we will contact you to give you more details of the procedure and clarify any doubts you may have. We also advise you to take a look at the regulations governing Open in a new window the campaign before starting the procedure, especially the part that refers to the requirements that entities must meet to be authorized and the activities to be approved (prices, places, types, etc.).
