From Tuesday to Friday, 10 am to 2 pm and 3.30 pm to 8.30 pm

Reception service

We offer an initial reception service to provide unhurried support for people and families who use the centre, where we identify their needs. This way we determine if their needs can be addressed by the service itself, or whether they need to be referred to specialists or other teams from the administrations or associations.

Appointments must be made, by calling 938 805 111 or sending an email to info@centrelgtbibcn.org

Psychological advice

We provide emotional support for individuals and families who for different reasons ask for psychological help in connection with matters relating to sexual orientation, identity and gender expression.

We understand psychological support as a process of active listening and emotional support to help empower users when it comes to addressing personal and relational matters linked to the different situations before them.

To use the psychological advice service, you must first get an appointment with the reception service, which will make an initial evaluation of your case. You can get an appointment by calling 938 805 111 or by sending an email to info@centrelgtbibcn.org.

Legal advice

We provide legal advice for users suffering discrimination due to LGBTI-phobia or serophobia, and for matters connected to family law, foreigner status etc.

We handle queries about thelabour sphere  (equality plans, discrimination in the workplace etc.). We have a legal team specialised in administrative procedures that may be of interest to trans people.

For cases of LGBTI-phobia, we work in coordination with the Office for Non-Discrimination (OND) and the Observatory Against LGBTI-phobia to provide assistance and offer psychological and legal support.

Support for trans and non-binary people

We provide specialist help, advice and support in response to enquiries from trans and non-binary people.

Besides offering information on the specialist resources we have available, we carry out important personal support through active listening and counselling. Our missions include support for trans and intersex groups, collectives and associations  through training, a programme of activities and the dissemination of specialist resources and materials.
