Sautéed sea cucumbers with chanterelles
Ingredients
- 400 g sea cucumbers
- 500 g chanterelles
- 50 ml olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 branch of parsley
- 4 chives
- 2 cherry tomatoes
A light and easy-to-prepare first course that will amaze you.
Preparation:
Clean the sea cucumbers, slitting them half-open lengthwise, remove the skin and wash them. Cut them into strips, sauté them on a high heat and remove them from the pan.
Heat more oil and sauté the clean mushrooms, adding and lightly frying the garlic. Next add the chopped parsley, enhancing the aroma, and add the sea cucumbers. Lightly fry them for 1 minute, put them on the plate garnished with the chives and tomatoes, and serve.
