Potato and smoked salmon salad
Ingredients
- 400 g of smoked salmon
- 2 potatoes
- 8 red tomatoes
- Virgin olive oil
- Cinnamon powder
- Herbes de Provence
- 1 bay leaf
- Thyme
- Salt
A very complete salad from a nutritional point of view and a good option for starting your Christmas meal.
Step-by-step method:
Peal the potato, slice it into layers and put them on a tray. Add a dash of oil, the salt and the cinnamon. Cover the top of the tray with aluminium foil and leave it to cook in the oven for 35-45 minutes at 160 degrees.
Meanwhile, peal, deseed and chop the tomatoes into halves and put them on another tray. Add another dash of oil, the Herbes de Provence herbs, the bay leaf, the thyme and salt. Cover the tray with aluminium foil and leave it to cook in the oven for 35-45 minutes at 160 degrees.
To serve, place the salmon slices on a plate and put the potato slices over them. Put a bit of tomato and a slice of salmon over each potato slice.
