Fish pie with pepper sauce

- 250 g single cream
- 250 g tomato sauce
- 8 eggs
- 600 g boiled fish or
- 1 kg raw fish (swordfish or similar)
- Salt, pepper, nutmeg
A dish that is always welcome on the table: fine, tasty and easy to prepare.
Step-by-step method:
Boil the fish if necessary, and crumble into fine pieces.
Mix with the tomato sauce, eggs and single cream.
Add salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste.
Put the mix in a rectangular bowl lined with plastic film, cover with aluminium foil (ensuring there are holes for the steam to escape) and cook in a bain marie in the oven, at 200ºC, for 1 hour 15 minutes.
Mix the ingredients for the sauce together well and filter.
Pour over the fish pie and serve.
