- 1 pork fillet
- blue cheese, diced
- 1 carton single cream
- ¼ kg mushrooms
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 medium-sized onion
- salt and pepper
- olive oil
If you want to keep your distance from the classic, you can try out this simple, complete and yet innovative dish.
Step-by-step method:
Cut the fillet into one-centimetre-thick slices.
Fry them in a little oil, turning a couple of times, then put to one side.
Fry the grated onion in the same oil until golden.
Add the diced blue cheese and stir with a wooden spoon until melted.
Add the mushrooms, cooked previously in another pan with the finely chopped garlic, and mix together well.
Add the cream and stir until the mixture thickens.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Add the pork, cook on a high heat for five minutes and serve piping hot!
