Living (In) Future Cities
Can we program the spaces we inhabit to act as living organisms that respond to our emotions and our needs?
Can self-sufficient homes be constructed with the help of digital fabrication, augmented reality or autonomous robots?
Is it possible to use digital interfaces and augmented reality as tools to ensure public participation when defining our cities?
The exhibition Living in Future Cities, on display at Muhba Oliva Artés from June 28th to July 30th, is IAAC's End of Year Exhibition, presenting the best works developed by the international researchers of the Institute in the past Academic Year.
The selection of work examines issues of the near future and proposes a series of solutions in the era of experience, where technology can aid us to positively define the spaces and cities we live, grow and thrive in.
