Journalist

(Barcelona, 1982). A journalist specialising in culture, music and travel. After earning his degree in Audiovisual Communication, he began his career in a documentary production company, where he discovered new ways of telling stories that went beyond the “utopia” of fiction. He later embarked on a freelance journey, working on television series and writing scripts for programmes on TVE.

He is the author of From a Whisper to a Scream (66 RPM Ediciones), Un aplauso para el astronauta [A Round of Applause for the Astronaut] (Sílex Ediciones) and Blues Explosion (Editorial Confluencias). He is also co-editor of Friday Foster (Norma Editorial) and the director of the award-winning documentary Down to Earth, filmed in Memphis. His reports and interviews have appeared in EsquireNational GeographicLonely PlanetRolling Stone and the Cultura/s supplement of La Vanguardia. He also contributes to the Sofá Sonoro programme on Cadena SER.
