Sociologist

He is a Professor of Sociology at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB) and a researcher at the Sociological Research Centre on Everyday Life and Work (QUIT) and the Institute of Labour Studies. 

His research focuses on topics such as work and gender, research methods, consumption, the labour market and the relationship between time, work and everyday life. His current work examines the changing balance between paid work and domestic/care work, along with their implications for our daily habits.
