Curator and writer

He holds degrees in Mathematics from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and in Music from the Conservatori del Liceu, as well as a PhD from Pompeu Fabra University, where he wrote his thesis on musical repetition. His work spans curatorship, cultural management, university teaching, writing and music.

He currently coordinates the Master’s in Research in Design at the BAU College of Arts and Design of Barcelona, and teaches on the Master’s in Composition with Technologies at the Escola Superior de Música de Catalunya. Since 2012, he has curated the SonarMies programme, held at Mies van der Rohe’s Pavilion in Barcelona as part of Sónar+D, and has curated numerous exhibitions. He is a regular contributor to El balcó on SER Catalunya and, as a musician, is active in the live coding scene as a member of the TOPLAP Barcelona collective.
