Cultural journalist and writer. At the age of 27 she published her first novel, El dit de l’àngel [The Angel’s Finger] (Empúries, 1998),. This was followed by Mirada [The Gaze] and Tota la vida [Throughout Life] (Empúries, 2001 and 2005). Pura Sang [Pure Blood] (Edicions 62, 2012), set in Menorca and Barcelona, won the Sant Joan Prize for Catalan Literature in 2012.

Her latest works include La primavera pendent [The Awaiting Spring] (Comanegra, 2018) and Mare [Mother] (La Campana, 2019). She works as a literary journalist in various written and audiovisual media outlets and teaches writing at the Ateneu Barcelonès.
