48 Pillars unfolds an innovative architecture of light: columns and spotlights moving along rails to create a symphony of images and sound. in an ever-changing exhibition that plays with light and shadow to radically transform our perception of space. This vivid installation takes shape in the Can Framis Museum courtyard, The surround sound and music, created specifically for the work, intensify the immersive experience and transport visitors to a unique sensory universe.

The work is born from simplicity: only light, movement and sound. And yet these basic elements give rise to infinite optical illusions, a dance of ever-shifting shadows in constant evolution. The 48 columns, orchestrated by a precise choreography of moving lights, create geometric patterns that multiply and then fade in an ongoing flux, where the geometry of the space highlights the visual potential of shadow projection. As a counterpoint to our fast-paced, technologically driven urban life, this minimal and geometric design allows visitors to immerse themselves, their minds naturally filling the space with personal interpretations.

The oeuvre of Bruno Ribeiro, a multimedia artist and creative director, ranges from installations and interactive pieces to illuminated scenography, immersive experiences, monumental projections, music videos and short films. His constant search for new artistic and technical languages leads him to create innovative narrative forms based on sensory experience. Through a dynamic and evolutionary methodology, his work subtly explores different dimensions of perception. His projects revolve around three fundamental themes: the perception of body, sound and reality. Ribeiro uses these elements to construct immersive and synaesthetic ecosystems where body, image, sound, light and scenography converge in a harmonious and fluid choreography.
