Blood Quartet and Dongyang Gozupa join forces at the BAM Festival to present Terra Ignota, an imaginary folklore that carries them into the world of science-fiction. This collaboration fuses Korean musical tradition with abstract sonic and compositional exploration, alternative rock and ambient influences, electronica and free-jazz.

Dongyang Gozupa is made up of Jang Do Hyuk on percussion and Yun Eun Hwa on the yanggeum (a Korean psaltery), both from Seoul, and Blood Quartet, a band whose members - Mark Cunningham on trumpet and guitar, Lluís Rueda on guitar, and Kike Bela on bass and synthesizer - hail from Barcelona and New York.

The project is a co-production by Seoul Music Week and the Fabra i Coats Art Factory, with the support of the Institut Ramon Llull.
