Luis Bustos

Luis Bustos, born in Madrid in 1973, is a comic-book artist, illustrator and graphic artist. He’s contributed to El Jueves and Orgullo y satisfacción magazines, and has published comic books, European comic albums, cartoons in printed media and graphic novels. He started with Rayos y centellas [Lightning and Thunder], with David Muñoz, and continued with Endurance, Zorgo and Versus, a loose adaptation of Jack London. Following Still Life, Puertadeluz, POP and Fariña. La novela gráfica [Fariña. The Graphic Novel], he published Residuos [Waste], with David Muñoz and Antonio Trashorras, and superhero saga ¡García! (Astiberri), with a script by Santiago García and an HBO adaptation. The fifth and final instalment in the series has been published just in time for the 42 Festival,.
