Teresa López-Pellisa

Teresa López-Pellisa (Alcañiz, 1979) is a lecturer in literature at the Universidad de Alcalá de Henares (Madrid). Her lines of study focus on science fiction and its relationship with virtual reality, literature and cyberculture, theatre and new technologies, as well as gender studies. Her notable publications include Patologías de la realidad virtual. Cibercultura y ciencia ficción (Fondo de Cultura Económica, 2015), a co-edition of Visiones de lo fantástico en la cultura española (1970-2012) (E.D.A. Libros, 2014), Ensayos sobre ciencia ficción y literatura fantástica (Universidad Carlos III, 2009), and the edition of Las otras. Antología de mujeres artificiales (Díaz Grey Editores, New York), as well as several articles in specialist magazines.
