Marta Sanz
Marta Sanz (Madrid, 1967) holds a PhD in Philology and is a writer. As a writer, she has worked in genres like noir fiction with titles like Black, black, Black and Un buen detective no se casa jamás, both published by Anagrama. The same publisher has issued most of her literary output, with titles like Daniela Astor y la caja negra (which won the Tigre Juan, Cálamo and Estado Crítico Awards), La lección de anatomia, Farándula (Herralde Novel award), Clavícula, Amor fou, Pequeñas mujeres rojas and Persianas metálicas bajan de golpe. She has also worked on the essay Monstruas y centaures, a reflection on the equality of the sexes, and the private diary Parte de mí, her most intimate book written during the COVID-19 pandemic.
