Laura Fernández

Laura Fernández (Terrassa, 1981) is writer, journalist and literary and music critic. She also worked in a videoclub and founded a music group. She is the author of several novels in a style she describes as Douglas Adams having read too much Stella Gibbons: Bienvenidos a Welcome (Literatura Random House), Wendolin Kramer (Seix Barral) — both recently republished in pocket edition, La Chica Zombie (Seix Barral), El Show de Grossman (Aristas Martínez), Connnerland (Literatura Random House) and the recent La señora Potter no es exactamente Santa Claus (Literatura Random House), a recipient of the El Ojo Crítico award, the Finestres award and the Booksellers’ Guild Best Book of Fiction award.
