Lluerna: possible pasts

The Fundació Joan Miró is looking for five artists that explore the capacity of art to give complexity to discourse, generate historical memory and produce alternative narratives that help us imagine other possible pasts. The call for the fifth edition of Lluerna is open until Tuesday, 9 April.

Lluerna offers a space for emerging artists to grow in a community context. Through connections with other artists, meeting spaces and a public presentation of their project, Lluerna facilitates artistic research for participants wishing to take part.

In this edition, Lluerna engages in a dialogue with the exhibition “Our Ghosts Live in the Future”, by the artist Tuan Andrew Nguyen, winner of the Joan Miró Prize 2023. You can find full information on the topic and the conditions in the rules for the call Open in a new window.
