Barcelona’s network of cycle lanes will gain an extra 12.4 km over the next two years. The plan also includes the opening of the cycle lane on Carrer de Viriat, to connect the Eixample with Sants.

The facility will have two multi-purpose courts, multi-purpose halls , changing-rooms, stands and services, substituting the Pavelló Itàlia, which is to be demolished.

The parks, the roads and the woods of Montjuïc are natural reserves in the city. Since 2014, all public and private operators working on Montjuïc mountain have been holding Park Council meetings to coordinate lines of action. They monitor and ensure fulfilment of the goals stipulated in the Montjuïc Action Plan for 2019-2029 through full council or standing committee meetings.
