BCN Sports Film Festival at Sants-Montjuïc
The 13th edition of BCN Sports Film, the festival specialising in international sports films, will be held from 20 to 28 February. Once again this year, the event will be in a hybrid format, with both on-site and online screenings. The on-site sessions can be enjoyed at different venues in Barcelona. In Sants-Montjuïc you'll be able to see some of the films at the El Sortidor and Cotxeres de Sants civic centres, at INEFC Barcelona and at the Olympic Museum, where the opening ceremony will also be held. Admission to all sessions is free, with prior reservation.

The selected works deal with different themes in the field of sport, such as the importance of a diversity of role models, personal growth, and family and social pressures. This year the festival will for the first time dedicate a special programme to basketball, in honour of the centenary of the Catalan Basketball Federation.
A total of 67 productions have been selected, spread over 22 sessions at seven different venues: the Joan Antoni Samaranch Olympic and Sports Museum, Cinemes Girona, INEFC Barcelona, the El Sortidor Civic Centre, the Institut Français de Barcelona, the Bon Pastor Civic Centre and the Cotxeres de Sants Civic Centre.
What’s more, all the sessions will be available through the FestHome platform from 20 to 28 February.
