El vermut és una beguda que grecs, egipcis, espanyols, búlgars, alemanys i italians han reclamat com a pròpia. Cada zona geogràfica té un estil característic.

En aquest taller elaborem vermut estil català amb plantes mediterrànies.

Per poder preparar el nostre propi vermut, cal portar:

- 1 pot de vidre per a macerar amb capacitat de més d’1 litre (1.200ml aprox. o més).

- 750 ml de vi blanc de graduació de l’11% al 14% o de Gandesa

Inclou un tast de vermut d’autora en finalitzar el taller.

Caldrà abonar a Botanicament per concepte de material, a l’inici de la sessió: 4’60€.
