Treballarem en la preparació tant de plats innovadors com de plats més clàssics o alguns que han anat perdent el protagonisme a les taules. Pèsols ofegats, pastís de patata, amanida de taronja, pannacotta de maduixots... I tot sense passar gaire temps a la cuina.
