Aquest espai té l’objectiu de fomentar el coneixement sobre les nostres necessitats i la importància que té l’autocura en aquest procés. Per això, el taller proposa estratègies i eines pràctiques que ajudin a millorar el benestar biopsicofísic. El moviment ens porta al present, la col·lectivitat ens connecta amb els nostres orígens i la dansa ofereix al nostre cos efectes analgèsics i sensació de benestar. Gaudirem de la dansa i de tècniques lúdiques i creatives per desenvolupar aquesta proposta.
