L’objectiu d’aquestes xerrades serà el de fer una mirada al nostre passat per, des d’una perspectiva de gènere, posar de manifest aquells aspectes que la historiografia tradicional patriarcal no ha considerat rellevants o ha passat per alt per tractar-se sovint de “coses de dones”.

Es tracta, doncs, de repensar el passat de la humanitat a partir d’una mirada femenina per donar protagonisme a les dones i les seves aportacions en la història. En definitiva, donar veu a les nostres antecessores per explicar-nos millor a nosaltres mateixes.

A càrrec de Carme Mestres, catedràtica de Geografia i Història jubilada i llicenciada en Antropologia per la UB, també tinc un màster en Estudis de les Dones de DUODA.
