Com s'ho fa el cervell per saber que una cosa em fa mal? Tots els dolors són iguals? Quins analgèsics hi ha? Què em pot passar si n'abuso?

L'objectiu inicial de la xerrada serà explicar breument els mecanismes que ens permeten percebre la sensació dolorosa i l'existència de diversos tipus de dolor. Un cop exposats aquests conceptes bàsics, la resta de la presentació intentarà donar resposta a les següents preguntes: què és un analgèsic, quins tipus d'analgèsics hi ha, com funcionen, quan i de quina manera s'han de prendre i quins efectes secundaris o complicacions poden produir.
