El Rac és un drac bonifaci que, per tal de no espantar la gent, viu al soterrani d’una biblioteca durant gairebé tot l’any. De dia dorm, i de nit llegeix tots els contes, poemes i llegendes que troba. Només per la diada de Sant Jordi, s’atreveix a sortir al carrer a jugar amb els nens i nenes. Podrà, el Rac, trobar la manera de ser lliure i viure com tothom? Un espectacle de titelles amenitzat amb música i dansa, que explica una llegenda de Sant Jordi diferent, a on descobrirem que no tots els dracs són ferotges i malvats.
